Noise in back end

What is your question?

It’s like a ticking sound or a chatter like putting a straw against bicycle spokes coming from the back end think from rear wheel or wheels slows down when you slow down

What makes this problem better or worse?

Like if you’re doing 30 miles an hour with your window down it stays steady and constant until you slow down or stop

How long has your 2013 Hyundai Genesis had this problem?
