How to replace window regulator in 2013 genesis sedan?

I only seen videos of coupes and there regulators are different. I have everything off but the door handle and lock have a cable running threw the metal. Can't seem to find how to take it off. Window is stuck down and I can't reach screws in window.
Ok so I had to remove the handle and lock and foam around cables. Then there are three star screws On front of door where it laches. Loosen but don't remover those three screws. Then grab panel push away then towards front of car and regulator came off. There was a wire still attached on the inside of regulator but came off easley.

I'm sorry to say that my repair manual access does not address the regulator .Oten times you'll have to drill out the fasteners to the old regulator. Hard to say without a hands in inspection.
