I have a 2011 Honda Genesis and my radio and screen is coming on but no sound is coming out of the speakers and when I turn the car off the radio and screen doesn't go off

Hello, do you have any devices connected to the audio unit? Via a USB cable or Bluetooth connection? If so, disable and remove these and recheck operation. If that doesn't help, it sounds like there may be an internal concern in the audio unit or amplifier itself.
