How can I charge or play music through USB, using iPhone & charger w/out error?

I get a "Media Connection Error" each time I use my Apple iPhone and charger. Could it be a compatibility issue or the type of charger b/c it won't charge my phone or play music.

Could be an issue with the car itself. Call your local dealer to see if there are any software updates available. Apple changes theirs much more frequently, which can cause issues.
