Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like your 2011 Hyundai Genesis is having a coolant system crisis! If the radiator coolant stays cold even after 30 minutes of driving, and you’ve replaced the thermostat and ECT sensor, it could be an airlock still hiding in the system. Air pockets can block the proper flow of coolant, leaving your engine hot but your radiator cold. Double-check the bleeding process and make sure the coolant circulates freely. Also, the water pump might not be doing its job, or the coolant may not be reaching the heater core properly, leading to no heat inside.
