I was parked with the car running and they just stopped mid swipe and the fuse is fine, don't know why????

It's possible that the wiper motor failed or the switch failed, for starters. Get it checked out ASAP because it's a safety issue. Find a Hyundai specialsit or an auto electrical shop. Here's a directory link for you: https://repairpal.com/hyundai-repair-in-lynn-massachusetts
