It is imposible for anyone to give a quote without seeing what wires are damaged or what has to be replaced, any professional shop is just going to quote time and materials to repair the problem. Best if the car is driving to go to several shops show them the problem first hand and ask them for a quote, they may have to replace all or part of a wiring harness.
