Rusting Hood / Timing Belt

What is your question?

My Del sol has approx 93K, when is it required to replace the timing belt. I have no issues with the vehicle. Also the bottom of the hood has been collecting moisture and rusting. I had Car-X strip and repaint, but it is happening again. I want to get it repaired again, but not of course have reoccur.

The timing belt on the 1.6L engine needs to be replaced every 90,000 miles. Not sure about the other question, sorry
