I've replaced the water pump and thermostat but it's still getting about alittle over 3/4 of the way on the guage when its sitting. It hasn't gone in the red but gets pretty close then the fan finally cuts on. It's just like the fans cutting on late but all the fuses look good and I cant figure what is going on with it. HELP

You'll need to perform testing hands on with shop manual reference to find out if the fans are working properly and coming on when they should, and if they are blowing fast enough also.
