hear clinking while accelerating or going up hill or accelerating. It doesn't have a dust shield on it and the sound is coming from around flexplate area, I was wondering if it had a mid mount plate between the trans and engine or if the sound could be something else, I do see spots on the teeth of the flex plate.
What makes this problem better or worse?
