What is your question?
I had a couple of new tires installed and all 4 tires rotated. One week later, I noticed that when taking curves to the right at higher speeds (35mph +)I felt a vibration in the steering wheel which also feels like a tire is rubbing on something. It feels like it is coming from the front left tire. This does not happen when driving straight. At low speeds, I hear a metal-on-metal noise coming from the left front- not necessarily when turning in any direction. I hear it when travelling under 10 mph. I took the car to the dealer and their best guess is new front wheel bearings needed at a cost of $1050+ Tax. I don't want to spend a thousand dollars on a guess. I am mechanically inclined (almost a gear head) but since the car is all wheel drive I am challenged with diagnosing the car myself. I don't have a lift. I've looked at related issues and will remove the center caps to see if that helps and also change the fluid in the front differential. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Dale
Thanks, Roy. Dale
Having a similar issue with a 2002 Denali. Any luck with a solution?
