01 xl denali 6.0 won't start, fuel & comp good new plugs/wires crank & cam sens

What is your question?

I have new wires, new plugs, new crank and camshaft sensors, good fuel pressure good compression...still won't crank over....euc is only getting 10volts....what ic causing that?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing
