Why does my motor not shift before it sounds like its revved too high?

What is your question?

When accelorating during takeoff rpm increase and motor sounds as though it should have shifted already.

Check trans.fluid level. If low, top off. If a little low, it can cause a seemingly 'delayed' shift.
