They are not complete. Incomplete is what it stands for. Basically you won't pass emissions like this. If the battery was recently replaced, disconnected or if you had the codes reset or erased you may have to drive the car some more for those monitors to go ready or complete. Alex

readiness monitors are not set to ready/complete. if the battery has been disconnected recently,your computer reset and you'll have to do a drive cycle. it will not pass emissions testing until at least 7 monitors are set to ready. there are 8 but they allow 1 on 2001 and up to be not ready or incomplete to pass emissions.don't know where you're located,but if it's a Diesel,we have NO emissions testing here on any year on Diesels in my County,only safety checks!
