I have a 2011 gmc sierra 2500hd 4x4. It recently started to make a chirping sound. i did all of the process of elimination i.e. checked all pulleys water pump etc. and it still chirps?? cant tell where its coming from! any suggestions?

It starts chirpping as the engine get hotter. it coinsides with rpm"s.

When you say you checked all the pulleys, did you take the belt off, then run the engine to see if the chirping stops? If you do that, you can narrow it down to accessory drive concern or perhaps a different powertrain concern.
