my horn doesnt work and neither does my radio controls on my steering wheel

Hello, There is likely a bad fuse, or the airbag clockspring has gone bad. The clockspring is the part that allows electricity to pass to the steering wheel without using wires. Necessary because wires would wrap around the steering column when you turn. It is flat, sits behind the steering wheel, and powers the steering wheel mounted controls, horn and airbag. When it goes bad, there is normally a noise or rubbing heard when turning the steering wheel.
