What is your question?
Good morning I hope y’all have a great Christmas. I have a question I just had a 6l80 put in my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 4x4. Every once and awhile when I’m going around 40 MPH and I tip into the gas and it has to shift from 4th to 3rd it will make a chirp sound. It doesn’t do it when I am braking and it shifts from 4th to 3rd only when getting on the gas. Not every time but maybe 50 percent of the time. It shifts great is this something I should worry about?

Happy Christmas -- I'm pretty sure this is a "normal" sound of an accumulator inside the transmission upon load. Abnormally normal, that is. But likely nothing to be concerned about. Did you acquire this transmission remanufactured? Used? Any warranty to consult your repair facility about? Never hurts to check into it.
It’s a remanned unit it has a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty
I, again, would seek the opinion of the installing technician / shop as they should honor the warranty as provided.
