What is your question?
My 2014 GMC sierra 1500 steering wheel would turn slightly when in the locked position. I attempt to fix this myself and while turning the steering wheel in the locked position, I sheared off a bolt on the bottom of the steering column. I believe the bolt may prevent the steering column from pulling out when being adjusted, but I really don't know and I can't find the bolt online. I believe pictures would help describe this, but I don't know where I can upload them. I appreciate the help

Hello, this is not something for a "do it yourself" mechanic without proper tools, workshop manuals, and so forth. Being a steering component, it is a safety issue. There's no way to coach someone on how to repair something like this - if it is even possible. Seek local guidance -- Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
