What is your question?
It's a sqeaky noise that comes from the transmission when turning the wheel slightly back in forth

Hello, Is this only when sitting still, or do you need to be driving and steering slightly left and right?
Should look more towards a bad power steering pump which will cause a noise when turning and maybe it just sounds like its coming from the transmission. Diagnostic would be needed to pinpoint sorry cant be of more help.
Turns out it was my skid plate rubbing against a steering component. I changed my oil pan gasket and must of sweaked the skid plate. Lucky a friend looked at at it and found the issue before I took it to the shop.

The sound is made only when turning the steering wheel one way or the other, you can be stopped or moving and u hear it. Sound like a squeaky door opening
It would be best to have a professional facility listen to it, and ID where the noise is coming from. I cannot think of a reason steering would produce a noise in the transmission area, and the vehicles presence is needed to understand the issue since it is such an odd occurrence.
Steering component was rubbing on my skid plate it was an easy fix
