Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Sierra 1500. It sounds like you've replaced the blower fan and blend door actuators, which should have addressed common causes for airflow issues. However, if you're still not getting heat to the floor vents, there could be a few other things to check. It's possible the blend doors are still not calibrated correctly or that the control module for the HVAC system needs to be reset or reprogrammed after the actuator replacement. Another possibility is a fault mode door or mode door actuator. If you haven't already, it might be worth checking the HVAC control module and verifying all connections are secure and working correctly. A diagnostic scan could help pinpoint issues with the system's electronic controls. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
