Wipers only work on high, horn doesnt work and washer pump doent work

Hello, have you inspected closely the wiring connector at the switch? If the connector or terminals are damaged, you will experiencing failure of component operation. Also, if your horn does not work, you could have an issue with a steering wheel sliding contact, which technically could also influence your wiper switch operation. So beware of that also. There may or may not be a correlation of the horn and the wiper and washer issues. It definitely warrants looking into.
