Hi - I am Dave, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Vibration is tricky, because it can be caused by so many different things. First, checking the balance of all four wheels, to ensure that wheels and tires are in balance. This will also check tires for any abnormalities that can cause vibration. Second - driveline angle comes to mind. Do you use this truck to tow? Is the vibration something that happens without weight or with weight or both? Driveline angle can cause some crazy harmonic vibrations if not adjusted properly to normal driving conditions. A vehicle that tows regularly and always has a trailer hitched needs a different driver line angle than a vehicle that does not tow and have a hitched trailer. Third, in some cases, wheel alignment - usually camber and caster - can cause some interesting harmonic vibrations under certain conditions This should be checked. Hands on testing - regardless - is what is needed. .Reach out to a shop near you -- https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
