all blower speeds are gone and occasionally (even though it is off) driver side ducts blow high heat and passenger side blow cool vent air

The blower not coming on at all could be a few different things. I would check all fuses first. If the fuses are all good, i would think that the other causes could be the switch itself, the blower motor, the blower motor wiring harness or maybe even the blower motor resistor pack. Try turning the blower on and go under the passenger side dash and move around the wires that go into the blower and see if the blower eventually comes on. If it does, you need to change the wiring harness. The temperature issue, if you have dual climate control, may be your blend door actuator.
