I have a 1999 Gmc suburban 1500 k 5.7 that intermittently starts

I replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump , and relay, throttle body removed and cleaned, keep at least half tank, I been having this problem for years off and on. I gave it gas before starting today and it came on
