I have a crank no start, CEL on no codes, it's an engine swap.

What is your question?

I swapped motors and had an issue with crank no start, I moved grounds on block and heads it started,ran a few days, then it tached 4000, and went 35 mph. It threw 6 codes for 3 sensors, tps, knock and egr, all fixed. It started relearned it's idle then three days later it cranked no start with CEL, but according to scan no codes.

What makes this problem better or worse?
