my transmission was taken out to be rebuild and the neutral safety switch was damage now im trying to color code my wires from the horness as well as to the transmission control unit.im getting the reading of a po700 manfuntion and the truck wont start or even get any fire to the engine

If the plugs were pulled off or destroyed I suggest going to a salvage yard and cutting them off another truck of the same year and soldering them to your existing harness. Wires must be sealed against weather and salt. If there is any doubt about the switch replace it with a new one.

If the fuel pump does not have enough pressure, the vehicle will not start, period.
