My truck will turn over but will not start.

I initially thought that it was my fuel pump because it exhibited the same symptoms as the last time when I replaced it. However, when I replaced it this time, it will not start. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and the filter. I am getting spark but not start? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
