Sounds like your fan switch has failed and its probably a dealer only item

ITS NOT THE FAN SWITCH. THERE IS A SENSOR WHERE THE BLOWER PLUGS IN AND THIS NEED REPLACING. ABOUT 150 BUCKS FRO DEALER
