Cause of Rear "ProAire" ac & heater blowing air but not conditioned?

Everything seems to work fine at the front unit, except the blower air in rear .does not get cool in the summer & warm in the winter. What seems to make the problem better or worse? Hot or cold outside temps. How long have you had this problem? About a year
