Disarming car alarm without affecting Anti theft system

What is your question?

Neighbours are using remote device to set off my car alarm at random times just to be annoying... Car is mechanically ok ... no battery ECU issues etc. Can I remove the alarm fuse to stop the alarm from going off at all without affecting the anti theft so it won't start?

Hello, how are your neighbors able to do this without having a key to your car? If you have an aftermarket alarm, I'd recommend you disable it. A "factory" alarm cannot be manipulated remotely.
