Disarming car alarm without affecting Anti theft system

Neighbours are using remote device to set off my car alarm at random times just to be annoying... Car is mechanically ok ... no battery ECU issues etc. Can I remove the alarm fuse to stop the alarm from going off at all without affecting the anti theft so it won't start?
