Holding the throttle steady when going uphill the engine cuts out as it begins to lug just a little bit. This also occurs occasionally when accelerating on a flat. The stutter is very much like engines used to act when you got water in the fuel. This is the 4.3 liter V6 with spider injectors.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Going up hill.
