20 psi on your fuel guage tester?

sounds like you need a fuel pump

check the pressure before the fuel filter, if you get readings in the mid to high 50's replace the filter. If still low replace the fuel pump. 20psi is not enough pressure to open injectors. Also check fuel pressure regulator and reyurn line check valve.
