I do not here fuel pump and throttle positioning valve makes noise and 15 pounds while trying to start

check the pressure before the fuel filter, if you get readings in the mid to high 50's replace the filter. If still low replace the fuel pump. 20psi is not enough pressure to open injectors. Also check fuel pressure regulator and reyurn line check valve.
