There is a loud squeak that comes from the front end of my truck with driving,even worse over bumps. I've replaced all the bushings except for the lower ball joints. And idea what it could be?

Many times on the Jimmy/Blazer the ball joints will fail causing a noise
Common on gm trucks with torsion bar suspension. The torsion bar is connected to lower control arm springs suspend the wait of the vehicle therefore all wait is on lower control arm when it suspensions weakens or put through alot of rough driving all the load of weight is on the lower ball joints. There is a loud squeak in my motor of my 1998 GMC Jimmy 4x4. We replaced the Cerpentine Belt and the idoler polly and it didnt work.
What do you do after replacing the belt, pulleys and alternator?
