i looking to buy this jimmy, but when i got in therer was like 2qrts of watewr pooled up on the drivers side floor. the guy tried to tell me they left window open but the seats were not wet. i really like truck but i think there is somthging really baad with it. the guy said they replaced the intake manifold gasket, but i think that is the problem

It could be a leaking windshield seal, sunroof drain tube, window or door seal, but not from the intake manifold. It shouldn't be a major repair.
Can't say the cause but I have a 1997 Jimmy with similar problem; water appears only after heavy rain. Replaced door seal, no help. Windshield with new seal had to be replaced later, no help there either. No sunroof on truck. Was told there was some type of water drain related to the outside windshield wiper area, but I can't find anything written about it. Still got water, gotta keep a towel nearby when it rains. Would like to have the answer myself.
