where do i start

I would just do a complete check over the whole truck Brakes, front end parts, shocks, belts and hoses. also condition of plug wires and plugs. All likes are working, wipers etc. If the everyday driving needs and saftey issues are ok drive and be happy. We sold my sons Blazer with 285,000 miles on it with regular oil changes, tires, brakes to our neighbor three years ago they are still driving fine.
