front end makes rubbing noise when pulled to left

my front end makes a rubbing noise when i pull the wheel to the left or when i hit a bump at higher speeds, it only does it when i am driving at 25+ mph and gets louder the faster i go i have replaced the tie rod ends, upper control are bushings, and the barrings on both sides but im still having the same problem any help??
