Emmisions Test Failed

What is your question?

I have a Service Engine Soon Light. The codes are P1441 and P0446. Failed Cannister Purge Solenoid, Fail Fuel Tank Pressure,or Saturated Vapor Cannister. Engine is running fine but it won't pass the emmisins test with the Service Engine Soon Light ON. Can I repairthese items myself. TECG
