Why does my airconditioner only blow hot air in rear vents? Cold air in front.

What is your question?

When I turn my airconditioner on the front blows cold air when I turn the back blower on only hot air come out. Also when I am pulling a hill the airconditioner shuts down completely until the vehicial stops pulling as hard. What could be the problems?
