Hello, how did you measure fuel pressure? Did you use a fuel pressure gauge at the fuel rail of the engine? That is what is needed. If you have low fuel pressure, the fuel cap has nothing to do with it. A fuel pump concern could be present, a regulator could be a concern. But first a valid test must be performed.
