CAN NOT GET REAR WINDOW TO GO UP AND TAILGATE WILL NOT OPEN

Hello, sounds like perhaps there is a power interruption to the tailgate area. Without performing hands on testing of power to the tailgate, I cannot really give any advice. So, I'd suggest to seek guidance at a shop near you to find out what's happening as far as power and signal to operate tailgate components.
