Why am I getting a rough acceleration?

The radiator and overheating is the biggest concern here; I kind of wonder if the fan clutch "code" had any validity at all relative to the fan clutch operation. Replace what you know to be failed before guessing at other things, always. This would have pertained to the radiator. Sounds like you need to check ignition components, fuel delivery components, air intake components to see what the cause of rough running is..
