manual transmission problem with clutch

the top cylinder was replaced so was the clutch, resurfaced the flywheel ,new bairing put in the back of the crankshaft. the problem is that the top cylinder while being bleed poped out bending the pin then after new one was then put the( gears are hard to change )and there was no presure after bleeding. should both top cylinder and the slave be changed at the same time thows things look flimsy
