Can you ajust the air fuel mixture on a 1990 GMC truck

The throttle body injectors could be worn, you could have a vacuum leak that the O2 sensor is compensating for or a cylinder that is not contributing. The Fuel Mixture is adjusted by the computer taking in sensor values (mostly Oxygen sensor) and then calculating how much fuel is needed by the engine. No adjustment like old carburetor trucks.
