the rear wheel wobbles and there is a noise from the rear. What could cause this

did you run over something? looks like you have a rear axle, cause its a rear wheel drive truck, from my under standing there are no wheel bearings on a rear axle. check the tire, it might have a ball or split. make sure the wheel is balanced, also make sure the lug nuts are tightened all the way and make sure the rim is not bent.
