What is your question?
This problem just occurred recently. Other times it starts right up 99% of the time. I was at work the other day and started my truck and drove it about 300 yards. I turned it off. I was gone for 5 minutes. Came back to my truck and it would't start. I waited about 5 minutes and then it started.

Hello, it could be ignition key cylinder or electrical switch related. It could be transmission lever position sensor related. It could be battery connection related. Any way around it, it'll take some hands on testing to figure out what's going on and what is needed to resolve the concern. For best results, use of a diagnostic tool equivalent to GM's Tech II tool is needed. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
