Im not getting 5 volts to my throttle position sensor

It will start fine but it won't take fuel .. ive changed the ecm an put a new distributor in it .. ive checked every wire an connection.. now im lost

What makes this problem better or worse?

I've check the three wires going to the ecm an there good
