dtc po300, random/multiple cylinder misfire

What is your question?

i get this code at least 3 times a week on my truck, could it really be so hard to diagnose? i guess so, so far i've replaced ign. coil, module, dist. cap&rotor, cam position, and about 200 miles of wire to make sure its not a stupid broken wire arcing out or not connecting, any clues?
