Replaced iac on the TBI of my truck, now it idles at 2200 rpm in park. Put it in drive it revs up to about 2500 rpms then drops to 1800 rpms. Once in drive it starts to accelerate on it own up too 55km at 2000 rpms. When I apply breaks it jerks and rpms drop to 1300, when breaks are released it will Rev right up and accelerate by it self again.
What makes this problem better or worse?

What was it doing before you replaced the idle air control valve? What was the cause? Where did you obtain the part? Is it a General Motors original equipment part? Either the part is incorrect or wasn't the correct repair to make in the first place.
