The longer I drive it the more it misses but if I shut it off for a couple minutes it will run good for a couple miles then start missing again I've changed sensors plugs wires cap and rotor

Hello, I wouldn't guess at the ignition module, but with misfires and backfires - the ignition system itself isn't ruled out. I'd probably lean more towards emissions controls and air / fuel mixture ratios, which can be off for a multitude of reasons. - Some hands on testing analysis by at technician with proper equipment and workshop manual resources is needed.
