Recently replaced steering column and starter and went to relearn the ecm with common key forwards 3x 10 min intervals.. no luck towed to garage to hook computer up to assist learning codes and no luck.. they say they’ll dig deeper Monday Any ideas

You can't just swap all these components without consideration for the immobilizer anti-theft system of the vehicle.
You likely have incompatible components or require programming. You'll have to leave it up to a shop with proper diagnostic equipment - not sure if the current shop has that.
